We are delighted to have supported Celsius Resources Limited on its admission to trading on AIM.
Celsius Resources has raised gross proceeds of £2.4 million, through a placing of 299,375,000 ordinary shares at 8 pence per share, giving a market capitalisation of approximately £14.8 million on admission.
Celsius Resources is an exploration and development company with a portfolio of world-class mineral assets in the Philippines and Namibia.
