Catherine is a Partner in our Business Tax team. She specialises in advising on international tax, share incentives, research & development and exit strategies.
With over 20 years of experience, Catherine is the key point of contact for some of our most significant tax clients, with overall responsibility for their tax compliance and advisory support. She is a key member of PKF Global’s Tax Structuring Committee and is responsible for the tax function for a number of PKF’s cross-border clients.
Catherine is known for her commitment to understanding people and the organisations they run, working with them to provide solutions, resolve problems and present opportunities to help them achieve their objectives as tax efficiently as possible.
Her clients cover a variety of sectors, including technology, insurance, property and renewables, ranging from privately owned SME’s and multinationals to private equity backed and listed groups
