We’re delighted to invite you to register for the last webinar in our Global Indirect Taxes Series, Tax in Transit on Tuesday 6 June

Our speakers will be focusing on VAT and customs issues when trading goods internationally, providing an update on customs requirements both within Europe and globally, and discuss the impact of recent events on existing supply chains.

A multitude of VAT and duty issues can arise when trading goods internationally. This is especially so given the changes to the VAT/duty rules and processes which have arisen as a result of Brexit.

We will be discussing some of the common pitfalls that businesses which buy and sell goods internationally face, and how implementing appropriate processes and structures can result in administration and cost being minimised.

Learning Objectives

  • Awareness on hidden customs cost within international trade
  • Challenges to existing supply chains and costs
  • Customs formalities for imports into EU and beyond
