Louise is a Director in our Tax team and leads our Global Mobility team.

Louise has over 20 years’ experience, including 14 years with the Big Four, working with companies and individuals who travel and work internationally. International tax is a complex area and Louise works with her clients to understand the intricacies of issues such as tax policy design, assignment tax planning, cross border share plan and payroll tax compliance.

Louise enjoys working with the people behind the business – whether to help them expand internationally for the first time or to support their in-house global mobility team to manage their internationally mobile employees, be that formal secondees or travellers.

Louise is a member of HMRC’s joint forum for Expatriate Tax and National Insurance, a partnership between HMRC, employers and professional advisers to improve the operation of tax for inbound and outbound secondments.
