Jonathon is a Senior Manager in our Private Client Tax team.

Jonathon advises individuals on income tax and Capital Gains Tax matters, acting for UK and foreign nationals both resident and non-resident; directors of UK and overseas companies; and individuals living, working and investing in the UK.

Jonathon helps clients navigate the complexities of issues such as the impact of residence and domicile status for UK tax purposes, and acquiring, owning and selling residential property, ensuring that his clients maximise the reliefs and exemptions available. He is committed to understanding his clients well, not just from a tax perspective, enabling him to tailor his tax advice to their circumstances.

With over 25 years’ experience, Jonathon is experienced in dealing with HMRC investigations and disclosure negotiations covering a wide range of tax issues.
