Service: We are delighted to have supported Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc on its Admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The company has raised gross proceeds of £1,000,000 by way of a placing of 9,000,000 ordinary shares and subscription of 1,000,000 ordinary shares, at an issue price of 10 pence per share.
Following Admission, Aura Renewable Acquisitions will pursue opportunities to acquire businesses in the renewable energy sector particularly participants in the wind, solar, biomass, hydropower and green hydrogen supply chain ranging from raw materials resourcing to power generation, energy storage and recycling.
